Just some FYI:
Everything I sell comes fom a smoke-free and pet-free home, and orders are packaged beautifully with custom-made cardstock, cello bags and either in bubble-wrap, or tissue and a box! All of my products have a quality guarantee! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your order number for a full refund (minus shipping charges.)
If any item fails due to a defect in workmanship, I will be happy to fix or replace the item once it has been returned, or offer another option if the item is unable to be recreated. Please understand, however that I cannot replace or fix items that have been used and abused beyond it's original purpose and I am not responsible for the mishandling of any of my products!
I am currently shipping orders on Mondays and Thursdays of each week. If your order requires time to make, it will be shipped on the next shipping day after completion. Digital Images generally ship within 24 hours, however they may take as long as 48 hours (2 days) as I sometimes have a pretty demanding schedule as a wife, mother, youth leader and crafter!
**Please note, I am unavailable on Tuesdays in my shop and on Facebook because of my part-time youth ministry. Any convos, requests, or orders placed on Tuesday will not be answered or otherwise acknowledged until Wednesday morning. Thank you for understanding!**
Also note that digital images purchased on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday may have a shipping time of longer than the stated 24-48 hours because I am usually away from the computer and spending time with my family over the weekend. If you need a rush order, please convo me first to make sure I can accomodate your request! Thank you so much for visiting!

All orders ship US Postal Service First Class as a standard service. If you wish to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail, please contact me BEFORE ordering to set up a custom listing.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Turnaround time to make *most* of the items is 3-7 buisness days. Custom orders and larger quanitites will take a bit longer. If you need anything by a specific date, please make sure you let me know before you order to verify that I can garuantee it.
*Please note, my shop policy states that an digital images purchased from my shop may not be shared, sold or otherwise used without permission in it's raw form, whether for profit or not!!! The rights given to you from the purchase of these images are for you to print for personal use only, however items made from the use of these images may be sold.*
Little Cupcake Boutique does not use any trademarked, copyrighted, or otherwise licenced images or materials, so please do not ask. Thank you for your understanding.
